This hotel is outstanding, from the professional, courteous staff to the immaculate attention to our room. No request was too much, which made us feel like valued guests. The location, close to Genova Brignole station, felt very safe and was convenient for metro, rail, good restaurants and nice pastry/coffee shops. The guy from the reception was very helpful, we came late in the evening, he helped us the luggage and he ordered us a pizza because at that time nothing was working nearby and we were very hungry.

The hotel is in the city center and in walkable distance from all sights. It is a new, very nice hotel, the room was clean and everything was comfortable there. Very good shower and hairdryer. Public parking is very close to the hotel if you travel by car. We also liked the breakfast area, which is at the rooftop of the hotel. Basic, but good breakfast.
