A small hotel with completely renovated rooms in a very convenient location in the town center; everything reachable on foot. I liked the parking in the inner courtyard. The owner himself kindly checked me in and also immediately came to explain a small issue I had with the lights in my room. The room and the bathroom are all new, nice, very clean. I slept perfectly well as it was also very quiet at night.

Nice design of apartment , everything is new. There is fully equipped kitchen. We came with small puppy there was bed ready for him as well as bowls for food/water,that was cute. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Apartment seems to be just newly renovated, has all necessary appliances and even above. So can be used for longer stays. The host is very responsive and helpful, Italian breakfast was waiting us, which was a pleasant unexpected surprise.

Fantastic hospitality of Maria and Bruno. This is great place to stop when travelling, close to the highway and border, very convenient. We had two bedrooms with bathroom for the family of 5. Good coffee in the morning with some small sweet breakfast.

    Nice comfortable modern hotel with all expected facilities. Great base to explore the area. Restaurant food offered in the attached golf club. Whilst use of outdoor pool needed to be pre booked and website quoted additional charge. In reality we didn’t have to pay for using this service. May depend upon demand?

    We knew very little about the region, and with only one day,...

    We knew very little about the region, and with only one day, we really could not explore Fagagna, San Daniele, Spilimbergo and the rest of the region. So we just did a quick blitz tour. But we will certainly be back. For us, this is such a well-placed stop to reach the rest of Italy (from Poland), but we realised that it is so much more than that. Next time, we will certainly say for much longer!
