This resort is phenomenal! We had previously stayed at the Tuscan Adler and the original Adler in the Dolomites in Ortesei. We only decided to visit Sicily for the first time because we knew our experience would be exceptional at this resort. Simply wonderful.

Great resort to stay to get to relax in a beautiful modern location. Food was excellent and the wine even better. We were made feel very welcome and special. Excellent vineyard tour also. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

Incredible hosts, beautiful room, fantastic food. A truly magical experience and a highlight of our whole trip. Damiano and Adriana shared their passion for Sicily, the local area, food and wine. Nothing felt like too much of an ask. The Degustation menu was fantastic and for the quality of cooking really good value. Such a pleasure and we can't wait to come back!

The 360 degree views from the house/garden were fantastic. The location was very peaceful but with easy access by car to the beaches and the main coast road. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped . The terrace was a lovely place to sit/drink/eat/watch the sunset. (We enjoyed an excellent lunch with very friendly service at Canaima, located on the beach at Bovo Marina, 5 minutes drive away.)
