Lovely location, underground garage parking, so no need for shovels and icepicks in the morning, very friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. Good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no having to get back into the car after a long drive. Lovely alpine atmosphere and views, and comfortable rooms. Also, the en suite had a bath as well as a shower. I do like a nice warm bath after a long drive.

My husband and I travel extensively, but this was the first time we left a hotel with tears in our eyes. The heartfelt welcome and the kindness of the staff left an unforgettable impression.. Everyone was amazing, but Natale and Adam truly went above and beyond to make our stay personal, warm, and unforgettable. Their efforts made it incredibly hard to leave, and celebrating my birthday there was an absolute joy. Everything was exceptional: the staff, the Michelin-star-level food, the wine, and the facilities. We sincerely hope to return one day. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!xxx

The staff and owners were extremely nice and hospitable. We really liked that they helped in organizing free shuttle to the ski park, and that there are various discounts available to spa, restaurants and other places. There’s not a single thing that we didn’t like about the place: always clean, warm, delicious breakfast, nice conversations. Bonnie - the owner’s dog - stole my heart from the first look at well, she was extremely cute.

The Chalet is excellent. The location of the property is excellent, just at the boundaries of the village and forest. Would totally recommend to have a walk around the property and discover the area including Ermitage. The hotel it self is as if it comes from fairy tale with tasteful decoration. The staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The place is so beautiful. Could stay all day watching the view… We had a fantastic vacation in this hotel! Everything was simply the very very best. We had a fantastic stay at Auberge de la Maison. Most of all we absolutely loved the staff, every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out their way to help us and it never felt like it was a burden to them. The bar staff are excellent! And make a wonderful gin sour. The cleaning staff are fabulous, not a spot of dust anywhere and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The turnover service at night is a great wee bonus, first time we've experience this in a hotel. The transfer service is very good, never a long wait and the drivers are friendly and helpful too. Restaurant staff also great and we enjoyed the breakfast. They all really went above and beyond, definitely the best staff we have experienced in a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel really stands out. We felt quite at home and didn't want to leave after our week here.
