My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! The room was cozy, clean, and really well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the calm, peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet area with not a lot around, but that actually made it feel even more special—like a perfect little escape. The communication with the host was excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We also really appreciated the lovely touches like cookies, coffee, and tea waiting for us. It made us feel instantly welcome and at home.

Very nice and comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Very spacious and with a balcony that faces the lake. Very clean and with a well equipped large bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful both in the reception and in the dining room.

Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

    Lovely view and apartment was spotless.

    Lovely view and apartment was spotless. We left it spotless also. Great to get the video of parking and apartment. Very helpful. Car definitely needed. Just one negative, I thought the stairs was so close to bedrooms. I had to be so careful. I would definitely recommend though.

    Dorio is a very small town so you will not find supermarkets...

    Dorio is a very small town so you will not find supermarkets or restaurants in the area. If you want supermarket and different options of restaurants, you will need to travel by train to next bug village. It is a 15-20 minutes train ride. But at night this village is very quite.

    Gabriele was an amazing host leaving no open wishes. The apartment has a fantastic lake view and is well equipped. We rent both the upper and lower flat and left the connecting door open, so plenty of space for 5 people. Dorio is a small and quiet but well located starting point for exploring lake Como, especially as the train station is very close so ne need to go by car. We enjoyed our 6 day stay very much, thanks a lot for the fantastic time we had at your place Gabriele!

    Located in Dorio, about 15-20 mins drive to Varenna. Has a lake view. The owner is friendly and cleaned the room all days in our stay which is not usual for stays in europe. The property has a restuarnt which serves food and drink. We dint use it but looked nice. There is free public parking located just outside the property, but not reserved as such for the property

    We had never stayed previously in Dorio, so this was a new experience. The property was extremely well presented, and Simona was really helpful at all times during our stay. There's a lovely little shop for your everyday needs, including delightful pastries. We would highly recommend this property.
