The place is owned by the family since six generations! You feel and see the history everywhere. Beautiful view from the room and roof terrace. Located in the heart of Todi. The hospitality of the owners is amazing. I have got owners ticket for the free parking next to the cathedral stairs! Comfy bed and good breakfast!

everything! the location is perfect, very close to the roads, easy access. the hotel is very beautiful, modern decoration, the room is very comfortable, when you wake up the view is amazing! Giuseppe, Nona Mary and Manoela are very kind and helpful, we were traveling with our parents and everything was perfect!! the breakfast is from out of this world, all made with organic local products, it is incredibly delicious! Nona Mary is a first class chef, my advice is to try dinner at least twice during your stay. if you want an Italian experience, you have to stay here.

So comfortable! Lovely decorated room and bathroom, like from a magazine. Super comfy bed and shower. Unbelievable view. Perfect location, just several steps from town square. Awesome to see such an old building from the inside like this, after wandering through the tiny little streets wondering what's behind the doors! Owner was very kind and helped us park for free within the ztl zone with their permit. He recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner and it was spot on!

KEY POINTS: Fantastic location (1-2mins walk from main square) Very clean No key to lose! Best bed ever! Wonderful hosts I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. Everything you need is right there. The interior design is gorgeous and cozy. The hosts are so thoughtful in leaving everything you could possibly need and trusting us with their nice things. Brilliantly clean. The key-code system is genius! Great location!
