Host provided room with welcoming fruit and water, as well as a serving of coffee and tea. Bins and towels have been refreshed once during 4 nights. I didn't expect that, a pleasant surprise. Good contact prior to arrival and when leaving. Also by phone since I ran out of Mobile Internetdata. Provided there is no breakfast included, I want to make clear that fresh bread, jam, salami, cheese & dairy can be found at 2 minutes from the appartment at Ravanelli Alimentari, except on Sundays. There is a Café near, if for an Italian breakfast. Also a good restaurant is close by, open during weekends. Furthermore a few takeaways and even a Sushi reataurant a little further down the road, all within 10 minutes max. walking, most are within 5.

An exceptional stay! This hotel has been fully restored in very pleasant tones, creating a welcoming atmosphere. All the plumbing has been replaced, which is a much-appreciated upgrade. It’s refreshing to finally give a 4+ rating to a hotel in Italy that’s not in a major city. The breakfasts are delightful, with superb coffee prepared to your liking. The staff deserve a special mention for their politeness and calm demeanor. Everything was superb.

Great accommodation, 5 minutes from motorway, next to shopping mall, Leoland, McDonald's and with big car park. Huge easy access elevator to the hotel floor. Top: Very comfy king sized bedding, great en-suite bathroom with strong and hot shower and all amenities you need for a good night's sleep including AC. Very fast and stable wifi, big TV screen and refrigerator, free hot beverages in the lobby with very good coffee choices and also a vending machine. The breakfast was 5 stars+, fresh, tasty, rich and a big variety of sweet and salty choises of great quality. The best was the staff: Very welcoming, always smiling and available, let's say customer service at its best. Absolutely recommended, also for an overnight sleep over for an early morning flight out of Milan Bergamo airport which is 10 minutes by car.
