Oasis of rest and peace in Assisi. Upon arrival you are greeted by the lush greenery of the olive trees and vegetable garden. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Michele, and his mother and father, were very hospitable and friendly. My suitcase broke right before I arrived and they were so helpful to me, way more than I could expect a hotel to be. They would not take any money from me. Just really and truly helpful, kind people. I wanted a huge coffee for breakfast, American-style (Bigger is better, eh?) and they put it in a beer glass for me! Ha. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a safe, clean hotel in Perugia! Grazie mille!

Excellent staff and very welcoming. Always willing to help when asked ie. restaurant bookings, travel advice, transport information etc. I had to extend my stay at late notice. Was no problem, and the hotel was able to meet the same rates as my original booking and teh bonus of not having to move rooms. I would strongly refer those travelling to Assisi to try this hotel. Until next time!

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.
