Booked a week here in february for skiing and enjoyed it very much. The location is great in the middle of the city, we even had direct view of the Cortina's church and tower plus a small view of the slopes (on the tofana side). Bus station (absolute must for skiing) is 50meters away and it's a terminus station so you are pretty much guaranteed to catch any bus. Ask at the reception for the buses to slopes (3 and 8) and they'll happily explain the routes to you. We had hot water, clean towels and bed sheets, soap, shampoo. Bed and rooms were cleaned up every day, pretty much everything was as expected. There was also a tv in each room, plus electrical sockets on each side of the bed with nicely positioned stands to charge our stuff. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Amazing room, I think we’ve got an upgrade. Normal breakfast (not great, not bad), good pool and sauna, general common space. The maitre d’ Massimo exceptional, the barwoman scarce, the receptionist good. Ok position.
