what a hidden gem - a nice house in a remote area - and the host is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is the best i ever got in Italy so far - and the rooms are nice and cosy - thank you so much!! Even a late check-in could be arranged.

great location for walking the via francigena - right on the route. very pleasant host, made us feel most welcome. great room, nice to have breakfast included.
