The location was praised as "great," it was convenient, possibly close to close to attractions, The owner's Hospitality: The owner went above and beyond by being "very helpful," even providing transportation to restaurants and other places, which added significant value to the stay. Everything's great! Claudia communicatea perfectly and is very helpful. Beautiful appartment with incredible view at a balcony. Spacious and extremely clean appartment, nothing to worry about. And cute little breakfast :) We chose this area because it's not too far from airport. It might be a bit hard to come back here from Bologna late, though for us it was not a problem, since we did not want to stay in Bologna until late. Also, a perfect choice for workation.

Silvia was an excellent host. Her welcoming was the warmest and kindest ever! The cleaning standards were exceptional and the flat had everything needed for the most comfy stay. Little touches made the difference. I will definitely be back for more shows at the unipol arena which is literally 5 minutes walking distance. A great gem, thank you Silvia♥️

I was really impressed even before our arrival at the flat. The host was the kindest person, eager to help us with whatever we needed. Since it was our first visit in Italy we got lost with the public transport. The host was that kind to call his friend to come and pick us up. Once we arrived at the flat I was stunned by the view. It was a great combination of art, comfy and traditional interior. The air smelled like a one particular flower that I cannot recall, but it was the definition of freshness. It was clean and it had everything we needed. A coffee capsules, great selection of teas and everything you need if you want to make a dinner at home, just to name a few. The host helped us during our stay with information about the public transport, places where we could eat. I would recommend this place 10/10!

The main reason i chose the property was because we needed to attend a concert at the unipol arena and it was the closest i could get to it while also being in our budget. My main priority when booking a place to stay is cleanliness, and the property matched my expectations completely. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking which was a massive bonus for the apartment. It immediately felt like a home.

Lovely house and garden, quiet secure location in the Bologna hills, short 20-25 min drive to visit centre of Bologna or 10 mins to catch a train in. Bedroom was clean and reasonably spacious, with comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and friendly, offering to cook different food items for breakfast, and offering places to eat, very welcoming and we felt part of the family.

Clean hotel with all the essentials. Very comfortable memory foam pillows. Late night check in available. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower works well with good pressure (but see below, lacked curtain!) Furniture a bit old but functional. Overall a decent place to stay as long as one does not expect luxury. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. Location was great for what I had to do, free parking available onsite a good bonus.

Everything. A nice stop. Specially the food -- must try the panacotta al basilico e pomodori. I will.come back for this. The hotel is really well-maintained, clean and service is exceptional. Bed is comfy, location is quiet and calm. Wish we could stay 2 nights.

Room was very clean, it was a road trip sleep hotel im an i dustrial zone however our sleep was cut short due to some prescheduled automatic skyliner opening up in the morning at 7am and opening up as well with quite scary sound! Wld stay again? Nope!!
