We came to Masseria Longa for our honeymoon and stayed for 2 weeks. It was truthfully the best holiday we have ever had. The Masseria is beautiful, truly beautiful and the staff simply couldn't do enough for us. As the Masseria is small everything felt so personal. From the moment of booking communication with Annamaria and Giulia was outstanding. Any question we had was answered quickly. Upon arrival they both made us feel incredibly welcome. They provided local recommendations, made reservations for us and helped us with our Italian! Beyond that both Annamaria and Giulia became our firm friends. Our room was amazing, clean and comfy with a touch of luxury with a huge hot tub bath, steam room and very large balcony. Marisa, who is one of the owners, ensured that every meal we had at the Masseria was cooked with love and everything was simply delicious. Marisa is a real gem, full of humour and again couldn't do enough for us both. Both owners are at the Masseria every day, again showing the care and dedication they have to their guests. The Masseria Longa are a family and we both feel so lucky to have been a part of that family for our honeymoon. Thank you to everyone who makes The Marissa Longa so special.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh local produce served in a stunning dining area. The grounds, including the serene courtyard and inviting pool, provided a peaceful retreat. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque region of Salento, with many hidden gems recommended by the helpful staff. The Masseria is a perfect choice. The location offers you a wonderful Walk distance Beach (Baia Dei Turchi, which is one of the nicest in the region). If you wish to explore other Beaches in Salento, it is also very easy to drive for it without trouble. The Food menus in the night was a Nice surprise, offering a gastronomic immersion on the region tastes. Really recommended. But it you choose, adaptations can also be done to fit all tastes. Finally, i want to share a few words about Valentina. She helped us on all needs we had, and was always open to talk and explain about our curiosities on the region. It was nice to feel we had a friend to learn from in the staff.

The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious and very clean. But the highlight is the staff. From the super friendly and competent ladies and gentlemen at reception to the warm ladies serving breakfast, everyone at this hotel is friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
