Very good location, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with homemade marmelade and all other sorts of good stuff. Possibility to charge electric car for 0,79€/kwh. They have their own winecellar with the possibility to taste and choose wine for your dinner in the restaurant.

We booked the Park Hotel Italia for our honeymoon and were overwhelmed upon arrival by the sight of the hotel grounds and the room with the most beautiful view of the lake and mountains (we received a room with a large balcony spanning the east and south sides of the hotel). The breakfast left nothing to be desired and greatly impressed us (it was the best breakfast selection of any hotel we have stayed in so far). At the hotel's private dock you could book boat tours on the lake and stroll along the promenade and through the enchanting alleys of the town. The hotel ambiance and room amenities are stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everything was wonderful and we are already looking forward to our next stay there. From the moment the gate opens and you drive up to the parking feels very special. Fabulous warm welcome from the owner.The room is unbelievable. modern large spotlessly clean with great private terrace.So relaxing.Breakfast was incredible,everything you need and more.The home made cakes were exceptional. 10 minute stroll to Canobbio. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough..left with nice parting gift from the owner,a fealty nice touch.

Amazing hotel! The photos does not do the justice - everything looks and feels 100 times better in real life! Hotel is about 200 years old so you can feel the history by living there, gardens are maintained and looked after. Pool is beyond perfect with a view to mountains and lake. Hotel is in very quite place so if you seeking to relax - perfect choice. Staff is amazing and trying to do everything and beyond for the guests. Food is amazing too. Chef is using local products, we had great dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is only 15€ per person and you get chosen hot food as well as variety of cheeses, meats, vegetables, pastries and etc. Our room had a lake view, the original tiles on the floors and in the bathroom. Everything decorated in vitange luxury Italian style. Even sheets are Italian made, comfortable bed. I will definately come back and recommend to everyone. This was one of our highlights of trip around Lake Maggiorre! Thank you, Team and Oweners !! You doing amazing job!
