The hotel is very comfortable for visits near Verona. It's fresh and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly. We visited it when the hotel just opened and staff is welcoming all feedback to improve the guest experience. We stayed in room 277 and this is the only room with a huge window. Unfortunately we discovered that the frames of this large window transport all sounds coming from the restaurant downstairs. The kids had a room that was much more peaceful.

It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring Verona’s historic sites and vibrant culture. Rooms: The rooms at Corte Ongaro are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and high-quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. My room also featured a lovely balcony with a view of the garden, which was a delightful bonus. Amenities: One of the standout features of this hotel is its rooftop garden and hot tub. It’s a serene spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, offering beautiful views over the city. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Corte Ongaro are incredibly friendly and professional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips about local attractions, their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From freshly baked pastries and bread to fruit, yogurt, and hot dishes, it was a great way to start the day. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this hotel. Both the public areas and the private rooms were spotless, giving me complete peace of mind during my stay.

We travelled with dogs and when we arrived at the room, the hotel had prepared a place for dogs with a blanket and bowls. Also you can have a filtred (still or sparkling) water during your stay for free and you can refill your water bottle. Also the hotel prepared 2 kinds of extra free drings like ice tea and detox water. So good and really so nice. All the time the entire staff was nice and helpful. it was nice to receive a gift from a local factory when leaving. The room and surroundings were very clean and bright. It is quiet around the hotel. Thank you.
