I had an exceptional stay at Seven Park Hotel Lake Como, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the delightful service at the breakfast restaurant and the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team, every interaction exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Victoria at reception for her kindness in upgrading my room to one with a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. Her attentiveness truly made my stay unforgettable. The location was amazing. We had a room that had direct views on the lake and it was so beautiful. The room was great, big, with a cozy bed, modern and big bathroom. Further more free parking which was really convenient, as we were doing a road trip. We went here as part for our honeymoon trip and the owner left us a surprise too, which was so nice of her. Contact with her to get the keys went well, without any problems and whenever we had questions she replied right away.

The staff Werteskalen fantastic, the owner is a real sweetheart and treated me like a dear friend. The property is set upon the lake and the surrounding as well as the hotel itself are just purely gorgeous. Spotlessly clean. Even the cleaning ladies were so lovely.. The food and wine in the Restaurant are excellent. I spent the best weekend ever. Thank you so much for everything..
