This property is amazing, we were 3 families with 3 young children and we had one apartment each that gave us the opportunity to be independent but sharing the same big house at the same time. The house has a small beach with direct access to the lake, which is so great to go for a swim. Every apartment had all the features needed for a stay, beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The team was very responsive and check in and out very easy. There is a narrow road to get down the property, but we manage to go through it with a KIA sportage, so it’s not that narrow. We will definitely go back for a longer stay because it was just perfect.

Very good location, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with homemade marmelade and all other sorts of good stuff. Possibility to charge electric car for 0,79€/kwh. They have their own winecellar with the possibility to taste and choose wine for your dinner in the restaurant.

We booked the Park Hotel Italia for our honeymoon and were overwhelmed upon arrival by the sight of the hotel grounds and the room with the most beautiful view of the lake and mountains (we received a room with a large balcony spanning the east and south sides of the hotel). The breakfast left nothing to be desired and greatly impressed us (it was the best breakfast selection of any hotel we have stayed in so far). At the hotel's private dock you could book boat tours on the lake and stroll along the promenade and through the enchanting alleys of the town. The hotel ambiance and room amenities are stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everything was wonderful and we are already looking forward to our next stay there. Villa Cuserina is well situated about 200m far from the boundary of the ancient village of Cannobio in the valley of Cannobino river. It is a new hotel with only few rooms. Therefore it is necessary to hold check-in times or to contact management for your arrival. The rooms are spacious, nice furnished, parkings are enough existing and breakfast is very good. Only the in hotels usual daily cleaning service was reduced to essentials.

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel! The photos does not do the justice - everything looks and feels 100 times better in real life! Hotel is about 200 years old so you can feel the history by living there, gardens are maintained and looked after. Pool is beyond perfect with a view to mountains and lake. Hotel is in very quite place so if you seeking to relax - perfect choice. Staff is amazing and trying to do everything and beyond for the guests. Food is amazing too. Chef is using local products, we had great dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is only 15€ per person and you get chosen hot food as well as variety of cheeses, meats, vegetables, pastries and etc. Our room had a lake view, the original tiles on the floors and in the bathroom. Everything decorated in vitange luxury Italian style. Even sheets are Italian made, comfortable bed. I will definately come back and recommend to everyone. This was one of our highlights of trip around Lake Maggiorre! Thank you, Team and Oweners !! You doing amazing job!
