The property is in a beautiful location, very green and close to nature. The rooms and common areas are fully renovated with nice decorations, it has parking and it is not too isolated at all, yet very quiet and far enough from other properties that it makes it quiet. Luca welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of places to see in the area. He was very kind and helpful, he made our stay even nicer. The breakfast was great, lots of options and food was fresh and tasty.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. Absolutely wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast. breakfast was served so caringly, and was very good. I enjoyed the delicious english tea that was given me by the kind and sweet lady (who was also at reception the night before). The location was superb. it left a sweetness in us and a great fondness for Passagno sul Trasimeno.
