We loved everything! Traveling with a 1 year old is not always the easiest for hotels. But here, nothing was a problem! Anything we asked was delivered with a 100% speed, effort and amongst everything - kindness! At this hotel you can really feel you are more than welcome! Stefania, Naren and all the team do a wonderful job! An amazing stay. The owners and staff were incredibly nice, and made us feel very welcome - in a warm and natural way. They were clearly committed to provide the best possible service, and very much succeeded in doing so, but without the somewhat distant attitude that sometimes accompanies the welcome in some establishments. Here, one felt more like as if one was visiting good friends (who were lucky enough to have some marvellous guest rooms). Breakfast and dinner were really delicious, and we very much enjoyed the live music entertainment on the Wednesday. We really appreciated the design and quality of the rooms, as well as the restaurant and pool area. The place was calm and discretely “hidden away” from the nearby hustle and bustle of town. It kind of felt like a secret garden and somewhat reminded me of a riad. Absolutely lovely two night stay. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was excellent, from the moment we arrived our experience at the hotel was super. The rooms/bathrooms were spotless, well laid out and comfortable, including v comfy beds. We had requested a twin room in advance and found there was a double in the room, this was immediately rectified for us. The breakfast choice and quality was superb with freshly cooked eggs offered daily, in addition to an extensive choice of fresh fruit, cereal, cheese, Meats.

Wonderful stay at this oasis of peace. The hotel is well located, 5 mins walk from the ferry, lake, shops and restaurants. Our room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the gardens and lake. Our bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was new. We had plenty of hanging space for our belongings. The hotel is spotlessly clean, furnished elegantly and comfortable. The staff are superb and really look after you.The food is excellent, we wished we had booked half board ( we will next time) The Gala dinner was very special , live music beautiful setting. I used the Wellness relaxing area and gym. A real bonus for me was the free Yoga classes. We stayed 7 nights and were sad to leave. We are a couple who are quite fussy to please, but it was all just perfect for us.
