a gem, inside. All new renovated rooms, not really a 2 star hotel, more like a four star. Breakfast good. from the outside not as nice as you hope, but when you open the room, it's like a little paradise. Big shower, what is missing is fridge, but not that important. Over all great stay, would go there again ....

I really enjoyed my stay in Albenga, so much that I would have stayed longer if I could! The location is initially a little confusing (it's down an alley way to the left of the IP garage - as you look at the garage - off the main road), however once you get into the garden you would never realise this as it feels very serene. It's also really well located to get into Albenga itself and out to the vineyards etc. I borrowed a bike from the host Mariapia and there's a cycle path which takes you in both directions safely. The room itself was lovely, comfortable and very clean. But the best bit was Mariapia, who couldn't have been more helpful! She gave me great recommendations, a lift to the station and a beautiful homemade breakfast every morning. Her dog, Gemma, is also an absolute sweetheart. I would absolutely stay here again!

very nice historic building with a beautiful garden. Rooms are nicely decorated including the adjacent living room/kitchen were breakfast is served. Dino and his wife are very friendly and told us the history of the building and garden with orange trees and a Ginkgo tree. We definitly come back again!!

We (my family and I) had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo del Pigato - Bio Vio. The place is ran by the family Vio who are both excellent hosts and lovely people. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with many local ingredients and products (not included but well priced at 8e per person). As the guests we were offered a free wine and olive oil tasting! It was a great opportunity to try and purchase some of the unique local products, learn more about the wine making and olive oil making history of the family Vio and the region of Liguria. Last but not least, for anyone traveling with a dog, this place is dog friendly (with a small surcharge). - Albenga is a charming town with many restaurants - some sandy beaches nearby Free street parking nearby with plenty of spots

Although Albenga was just a one night stop, I would have liked to stay longer. We were pleasantly surprised with a vibrant night life, there were two concerts and plenty of restaurants in the city center. We found great restaurants and an incredibly well preserved architecture. The beach is not the main attraction of Albenga though

The location of the apartment is in the Centro Storico of Albenga so all the attractions and restaurants etc are within easy walking distance. The rooms are well furnished and in good taste and being on the top floor of the building it has a nice outlook over the rooftops of the town. The host Emanuele was not at the premises but sent the access info so entry was no problem. He also promptly sent further information regarding the town and answered our queries immediately. The newer part of Albenga is also well worth a visit.

Very light and quiet apartment with big balcony/terrace on two sides and a nice view. In hardly 10 minutes you walk to the beaches and city center. Albenga has a station, which makes it easy to reach other places without using your car all the time. Hosts easy to reach and interested.

The hotel is situated right on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. The view from our balcony was superb. The kitchenette was a bonus so we could prepare our own meals. Another plus was the air conditioning. We also enjoyed the hotel's heated pool at no extra cost.
