The villa was incredible, and the staff was exceptional! Francesca and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome! Excellent service, clean and comfy rooms, and great food! We are definitely visiting the hotel when we are traveling to Tuscany again.

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! Everything. Amazing location with breathe taking view. Varies activities for you to choose and I have joined their truffle hunting experience and cooking class. Both were excellent! All staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Their restaurant offers extraordinary Tuscan food with style! And amazing pool and room facilities! Overall I enjoyed so much and highly recommended LaChiusa! Next time I will stay at least for a week :)

The hosts are very nice people, very kind, smiley and supporting! They are ready to help you and answer your questions, to give you some tips and recommendations. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety of items. The house is beautiful, clean, and cosy. We were very much impressed that there was a vending machine inside the house and thus you are 24/24 provided with water and other items at very nice prices! The location is also very good! There is a parking lot nearby where we parked the car at the expense of the hosts with the preliminary instruction by them how to proceed to not pay. The hosts did not want us to preliminary pay as opposed to many other places - they explicitly said that we are to pay before leaving... We liked very much the town itself, too! We had dinner at Osteria del Borgo and everything was so delicious! I heartily recommend it as well as La Terrazza Di Montepulciano place - you will not regret! :)

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but...

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but you need to be aware that you need to drive a car to get around here which is fine but hard to find parking in and around Montepulciano as it is a large walled city which must be explored. You also have the option of dining in the restaurant downstairs for those who are concerned about returning back after dinner in the dark from Montepulciano on winding roads which can include a local dirt road, which we found a fun experience.

Picturesque setting, fantasy views of Tuscany and Montepulciano. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Dinner on the lawn overlooking the Tuscan hills was a highlight. Breakfast was your typical Italian set up - eggs cooked to order and fresh coffee. Visited in peak summer and I understand the hotel was fully booked but it never felt crowded or busy. We were able to check in early which is always really appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was perfect. You have your own home with everything you need, a big garden, a private pool for an extra fee and also is a perfect place to explore Toscana and Umbria regions. The hosts are very friendly and kind. And the place is pet friendly. 😻 Thank you for everything!
