We loved the cabin and its surroundings. It's secluded enough to feel isolated, yet a five-minute drive from the grocery store, gas station, etc. It was clean and all the appliances were in perfect working order. We cooked dinner and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Great place to rest. Kitchen has all stuff to make diner, you need only to buy food. Rooms are cosy, sheets included. Toilets also in good conditions. Personel very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was diverse and great. The guesthouse itself is a bit outside of Egilsstadir and therefore it’s a quiter area - We really liked that! It was also very tidy and clean! We enjoyed our stay there.
