The room was great and very spacious. The room was clean and fresh. It is very close to the airport so that is a huge plus. However, they do not offer a shuttle to the airport (I imagined it would have due to the close distance). I had to ask reception to call for our taxi to get to the airport, which was like a 5 min drive. I would stay here again, it was worth the money for the value.

It was very convenient that the hotel it was 2 minutes without car from the airport, and all the rental companies it was next to it . Also we were surprised that the restaurant for the breakfast was opened from 4 am and it was very comfortable for us because our flight it was at 7 am so we had the opportunity to eat also a breakfast before our flight

We just spent our last day in this area and overnight for a...

We just spent our last day in this area and overnight for a morning flight. We drove around the peninsula and took in the ocean and lava fields for the last time. The Bridge between the Continents was very interesting. We loved the city of Keflavik and especially the Dunn Museum cafe. (We got there too late for the museum itself.) We both took advantage of the seafood and were not disappointed. Halibut for me, which was fabulous. My husband had a seafood trio with shrimp and lobster. We both cleaned our plates!

Perfect location for exploring Iceland, near the airport.

Perfect location for exploring Iceland, near the airport. The owner is quite eccentric; he greeted us in a bathrobe and showed us his uncle's paintings. We ate some delicious fish and chips next to the supermarkets.
