It was a really nice stay. The staff was welcoming and the bedroom spacious even with twin beds. The bathroom was so big ! And the beds comfy. The place is isolated so no light comes in between you and the stars which is really nice ! Plus we saw sky lights and that was soooooo great !!

Lovely tiny 1-room cottage with an extremely stylish and heartwarming design inside. This little place has everything you can imagine you'll need for a short stay. Large, cozy, very clean cottage. Very comfortable, large kitchen and living room, two separate rooms with very comfortable beds. Unique view through the windows, absolute peace. We saw waterfalls in the mountains. We specifically chose to stay here so that we would be close to Vatnajökull National Park and could start exploring it in the morning.

It was really secluded, would’ve been perfect for northern lights viewing if the weather wasn’t so bad. The stay was really neat and clean. Everything was well organized. The rooms come with extra heaters.
