Our one-night stop turned into two due to a heavy storm.
Our one-night stop turned into two due to a heavy storm. The hotel handled the situation very amenably. Good food in the hotel and also at the café and village shop in Breiddalsvik itself, which is about 5 km away. Fantastic scenery all round. Motor museum and brewery in the village with the opportunity to go for horse rides directly from the hotel.

The owners and the staff were so friendly. I can only recommend the hotel. Everything was also very clean. The food was really good and fresh. The breakfast was also good and a lot of choice.
The thing I loved the most was the kindness of these people.

We really enjoyed the hotel's staff customer care, always ready to help and advice trips suitable to the weather, very positive, police and always smiling. That made our stay very memorable.

The village was lovely and the hotel was cute and cosy. We had the family room which was really big and comfortable. It had more beds than we needed! The beds were big and comfortable.

Excellent Lodging - Beautiful views. I left an iPad at the property and they were able to have it sent and delivered to my hotel in Reykjavik. Peaceful setting.

Cosy hotel in a lovely little town. The restaurant was good and the (extra cost) buffet breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
