I recently stayed at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. I stayed 2 nights at Om Sai Beach Resort and had a great and relaxing time here. As a solo female traveler, safety is very important for me and I felt safe and protected here at all times. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. My hut was spacious and very clean, the bed was big and very comfy. There are beach view and garden view huts. I stayed in a beach view hut and enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my balcony a lot. Overall, very good value for money.

Very clean. Comfortable. We had a balcony. Air con. The manageress was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Palolem. It looks a bit shabby from the front and the reception but was pleasantly surprised by the room. We had a fridge too! Water was supplied, a litre each per day. Hot showers.
