The location of the hotel is great. It is located among trees with many birds, and monkies. The place has a special charm. Adel the owner is very warm and helped with arranging all we needed. The food in the hotel has lots of variety and very tasty. We had a great time, and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at The Cardamom Thekkady! The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a peaceful place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had lovely views.The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt at home. We especially enjoyed walking around the plantation and taking in the fresh air. It’s a perfect place for anyone looking for a calm and refreshing vacation. We would love to recommend it.

Very bad experience of my whole 9 days trip to Kerala. The electricity connection was very poor and the bathroom lock was broken . The reception desk was empty most of the time , very poor administration .

PERIYAR TIGER RESERVE TREKKING IS VERY MUCH DIFFICULTY. MUDDED NARROW PATHS FILLED WITH BITING INSECTS MADE THE TREKKING MISERABLE. THEY RECOVERED ONE PERSONS ENTRANCE FEES ILLEGALLY TO MAKE IT TO A MINIMUM NUMBER. NO ANIMALS OR BIRDS SEEN INSTEAD ONLY BLOOD SUCKING ANTS.

Its awesome place to break from the routine.

Its awesome place to break from the routine. Overall prices are at the upper side as being tourist place. Food was bit challenging as by 8 am no restaurants were open and they serve for very limited time so plan it accordingly.

Everything was perfect. Location was very close to the center , as well as to the entrance of Periyar N.P. The room was spacious and very clean with all the necessary amenities and a big balcony .The whole place was beautiful with lots of plants and very well maintained But above all was the kindness of the owners who gave us all the necessary advice to make our stay to Thekkady unforgettable Breakfast was very nice and they also cooked for us a delicious dinner . Very good value for money

We had stayed in Able Homestay for couple of days in Thekkady. The property is neatly maintained, and the rooms were just basic and functional. Mr. Selvaraj the host was really helpful in giving us knowledge about the area and also helped us with booking the event tickets for Kalari. The location is near the bus stand (less than 0.5 kms) and located in a quiet residential area, with space to park couple of cars and bikes. Good option to stay in a relatively calm area in Thekkady.

One of the best stays we had in India. The place is clean, comfortable, the rooms are big, nicely decorated, with private balconies overlooking a beautiful garden. It was great to have a hot shower. Good location, peaceful but close to all the shops, restaurants, and to the entrance to the Tiger Reserve. The host was incredibly kind and helped us with laundry and organizing activities in Thekkady. We ended up extending our stay and wish we could stay longer!

Superb place where we stayed two nights on our cycling trip through Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Quiet, comfortable and close to Kimilu and Thekkady. Also to Spices Park Puttady, worth a visit! Just 10 minutes walk. The food needs a special recommendation! Unbelievably taste, the best we have had since weeks. Compliments for the cook. Hosts including Dino are very kind and did make our stay complete. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hills vibe Thekkady and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the hotel was a pleasant. One of the highlights was the breakfast. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location is ideal – close to elephant junction
