We had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to Stanzin, who made our experience so beautiful and homely. He even arranged our car bookings to Pangong, which were just amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and warm, making our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

First and foremost the location is nestled in peace with a resplendent view, literally in the lap of nature with Indus right infront of the property. Food and hospitality is beyond words with local tastes and wide assortment sitting in an atmosphere of local tapestries, carpets and local cutlery . Not to miss 100Mbps WiFi always helps The nights are lovely with the breeze and calmness and wonderful view of Starry night and even the Saturn ring. Kudos to the owner family who has put a astronomical telescope in the property besides their heart in the hosting

I liked everything about the hotel. It's in true sense a home away from home. The rooms and the lounges on both the floors are very thoughtfully and tastefully designed. The rooms are so spacious with two comfortable sofas, a working table, a tea table and side tables plus all the lighting. It has three windows from which sunlight comes in from all 3 directions. The bathroom is very clean and also has a bath cubicle. Even after all the furniture you have ample space to move in the room. On every floor there is a sitting lounge with sofas and book shelves and the locally made carpets placed tastefully. It is a place where you will never feel bored and would like to have leisure time in the hotel itself. The room has an ipad and a coffee maker with coffee cartridges, a milk frother, and an electric kettle for all your tea coffee needs. From the room the snow clad mountain peak can be seen throughout the day until late evening. Above all, the staff is extremely polite, cooperative, and soft spoken which is unmatched and found only in the Taj group of hotels. They do everything to make your stay comfortable and make yourself feel as if you are at home. They are always available for your support. It seems they have been trained by someone who has been regular to Taj hotels or may be by a person who has worked in Taj hotels. The hotel staff packed breakfast after checking what we would prefer and provided an oxygen cylinder (free of cost) for our day trip to Pangong. We stayed there for 3 days and I wanted to spend an entire day in the hotel to relax and rejuvenate but didn't have time. I will visit next time just to spend some relaxing time in this hotel. I can keep writing positive things about the hotel endlessly.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel itself is a beautiful property with comfortable rooms and a great location, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, led by the incredible Antony and his entire team. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care we received was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Antony is a true hospitality maestro. He was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His attention to detail is remarkable. He remembered our preferences, offered thoughtful suggestions for local attractions and dining, and handled every request with a smile and incredible efficiency. It’s clear that Antony's leadership inspires his whole team. The service staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all consistently excellent. They were always polite, helpful, and eager to assist. Whether it was a quick check-in, a prompt room service delivery, or a friendly greeting in the hallway, the team's commitment to making guests feel valued was evident in every interaction. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the dining experience was made even better by the attentive service.
