They upgraded us straight away and our room was very comfortable and near the pool. This is great for cooling off after walking in the heat and the games room with ping pong, chess, table football etc is a good addition. Clint was very helpful and we booked an early morning river cruise which I would recommend . The food at breakfast and dinner was very good too.

The location was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the view from the patio was to die for and the garden decor was top notch. Daniella & Jackson were kind, helpful, friendly and were always on hand to help and provide a memorable experience. The breakfast was really nice also :) Some people may be disappointed with the location as it is 10 minutes walk from some restaurants but I disagree for two reasons: 1. They can call Sarath, a friendly local rickshaw driver, to take you to some nice restaurants or other locations in no time. 2. It’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. You won’t be able to enjoy the soothing sound of the sea if you’re staying in the heart of the city right?

The property is fairly new. The rooms were well designed and very modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating… especially the lovely woman at the front desk and the very helpful and attentive kitchen staff. Breakfast was superb, with many options. The dinner I had in the restaurant was also very delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay at the Hotel its clean and well maintained.All the faciluties works.As we had seen wirst places as we travelled other countries.There's no perfect place if you look for perfection.Location is great walking distance to the Boat Jetty.Its peaceful and safe place to stay next to a Health Clinic and Pharmacy.Walking distance to the main hubs markets and stores and big Jewelry stores like Bhima Jos Allukas and Malabar Golds.Fruits and veges.stalls nearby. Staffs are polite and doing their best to serve the clients at the hotel.Also helpful with informations Genuine concerns for the clients safety as we often times comes late as we explore Allepey. Rooms are clean linens and.pillows are clean bed is comfortable.As I have allergies.Shower is great.Surrounding area is clean and secure. Kerala is Great!!!
