"Visited the Palani Murugan Temple recently, and it was a great experience! One thing to note is that single-person room bookings near the temple might be challenging, but some hotels do accommodate. Budget-friendly options are available, with AC rooms for up to 2 people at around ₹1000 per night. A pro tip: climbing the stairs to the temple saves time compared to the winch or rope car. Entry tickets are just ₹10! To avoid crowds, visit the temple at 4 pm in the evening or after the morning opening at 5:30 am. Serene and divine experience seeing the Lord in his Raja Alankara. A must visit temple. Temple is maintained better than old times but still can be better maintained. The elephant path has lot of toilets and they stink a lot. The stench spoils the divine experience of the place and needs to better maintained and cleaned. They have battery cars to drop devotees covering the girivalam path. Sacred place where lord subramanya's temple is situated on the top of palani Mountain. Beware of fraudsters those will offer darshan without queue by taking money. You can directly climb the mountain and on the top you can have 3 options of queue for darshan 1. Free darshan 2.10 Rs. Darshan 3.100 Rs. Darshan If you are visiting the temple with children, I will highly recommend to purchase Rs. 100 ticket in which time can be saved. You will get Panchamrita as Prasad from various counters on top and base of the Palani mountain. We can by 250g, 500g of panchamritha each cost Rs. 25 and 40(plastic bottle) 45( sealed bottle). Due to warm weather, it will be advised to visit the temple either in the morning time or evening. The basement entrance to the mountain will be closed at 8:30 PM.Guest review byPadmakumar - 6.0
