No any Negatives. All are very good. Staff behavior, room cleanliness,etc,.. Location is just opposite to KIA Factory. So, very convenient for Business people, vendors. Room Rent also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very easy access to Prashanti Nilayam, walking distance to Gopuram Gate. Next to Sai Towers and the restaurant food is good. Very humble staff, their customer service is commendable, especially the duty manager during the day time. The hotel room is good for 4 pax, and it is a suite.
