Cleanliness, Bed and Shower is best in class. Wifi, food, service was great. The bed was so good that I slept like a baby both the nights. Super clean all throughout the hotel. Best value for money.

Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. His intelligence, knowledge, seriousness and above all his humble personality gleans towards RAMADA could do well in beneficially providing him with greater challenges elsewhere in a larger hotel within the group as he has so much more potential to meet such challenges. Ambica has a very nice location and entrance. Beds were clean and comfortable. Big pillows and AC and fan. Floors were clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very hospitable. Beautiful garden for fresh air compared to road pollution. Lots of bottled water and drink selection. Towels on request. Spacious room 202. Helpful and friendly staff. Treating like a home for yatris.

The hotel and stay was really comfortable with very good and courteous staff specially Rohit who ensured everything was in place. The food and included breakfast was awesome !!! The rooms are spacious In all really loved the place and would 100% recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Jammu.
