The exceptional professionalism of the manager (Steffi) and her staff, they were always at hand nothing was too much trouble and they were all keen to go out of their way to be helpful and please. We have stayed in hundreds of places in India over many years, this was amongst the finest. Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

This place is perfect! Just off Patnem beach, gorgeous garden and pool! Really spacious and spotlessly clean rooms! Big fridge, smart tv, tea and coffee in the room and a lovely terrace in front of each room. Really good breakfast too!

Literally everything was ideal! The rooms are new, ample, clean, and comfortable. A glass wall and a terrace give an extra special comfort. Wi-Fi is great. A perfect location makes the territory quiet, so you wake up listening the singing of birds - it's so lovely. At the same time it's 3 mins of walk to the beach. The owners of the place are very-very nice, friendly and helpful people who take care of customers and maintain the perfection of the place. I sincerely wish them to advance their success as they're doing their business just perfect. Bottomline - it's the rare case when I grade the place as 10/10.
