From the first day to the last, it has been an unforgettable experience, and leaving the hotel makes me feel a little sad. The room is huge and always super clean, the sunset from my window, the food is delicious, and the staff? What can I say? They are fantastic people who treat me well despite the language barrier. I had some contact with the manager, who was very professional, helpful, and super-accommodating. The truth is: you need very little to be happy, and the same goes for making others happy. I recommend a hotel to anyone passing through the area or looking to experience the true idiosyncrasies of this Malayalam society in a local environment. Thank you so much

The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! Breakfast was very good. The owner came over and introduced himself and thanked us for staying there. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean with nice soaps, etc. Best of all: they arranged for a driver to take us to Munnar and Alleppey (3-day trip) and visit all the sites, for a very fair price. The owner of the private taxi company, Martin, made the booking and our driver, Devassey, was exceptional: an efficient and safe driver who knew the area well and made great recommendations about what to see/do along the way, was friendly and easy to be with, and kindly accommodated an early morning (6 a.m.) start for a 4-hour drive to our next destination. He made the trip magical and we were all sorry to say goodbye when he dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend.
