The hotel where we stayed left an extremely positive impression. First of all, it is worth noting the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Every day cleaning was carried out at a high level, which created an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Clean linens and fresh towels added to the feeling of being cared for by the staff. An equally important aspect of our holiday was the friendliness of the hotel staff. The staff always greeted guests with a smile, took the time to communicate and were ready to answer any questions. Every request, be it a request for help or advice on excursions, was received with great attention. As for food, one cannot fail to note the variety and high quality of dishes. The breakfasts were particularly delicious, with a rich selection of both local and international cuisine. Dinner at the hotel restaurant became a real culinary feast, and every evening we enjoyed discovering new tastes. Overall, our experience at this hotel was a real pleasure and we are already planning to return!

Roads going in and out are absolutely terrible.

Roads going in and out are absolutely terrible. It's been almost 2 years since I've been making trips between BOM-BLR and the stretch of road (or lack thereof) between Dharwad and Hubli is absolutely atrocious, showing no signs of improvement.

If you are travelling from Mumbai to Bengaluru by road, then this location at approximately 540 kms from start, and approximately 430 kms from destination, is an ideal stopover for secure and free parking, quality stay and satisfying and tasty food. The location is quiet and had enjoyed a very restful sleep.

Hubli by itself has nothing to explore.

Hubli by itself has nothing to explore. It's a strategic transit hub whether you are travelling by road, rail, or air in North Karnataka. The tourist places to explore around Hubli are Hampi, Sirsi, Gokarna, Karwar, Murudeshwar etc. I spent a week in Sirsi and stopped by in Hubli as my flight out to Mumbai was a further 12 hours from my arrival into Hubli However, if you are a foodie, Hubli is an excellent place to go around. It's a melting pot of cuisines from various parts of Karnataka and Maharashtra. Regardless of your budget and preference, you will get plenty of options in both street food and fine dine restaurants

Hubli is a nice place to visit, however, we stayed only...

Hubli is a nice place to visit, however, we stayed only twice for a day each. We stayed at The Ananth grand Hotel. Very close to the Pune-Bangalore Highway. Very convenient. Nice hotel. Good value for the money.

This is the place where you can find Worlds Lengthiest Platform about 3km. Less traffic. Good people. Budget hotel around railway station. Be sure to take Lunch / breakfast in Amaravati hotel Opp to Rly station

We liked the room and the way the hotel was professionally managed. Although the room we got didn't have a good view as it was facing another building right next to it, the room was quite good from the inside. Their in-house restaurant is amazing with good food and a great view of the entire city as the restaurant is at the top floor. The restaurant staff was also quite good. The hotel is professionally managed and the staff is always there to assist you should you need anything.

The most honest way to show if I was satisfied is if I return... I have stayed at the President Hotel probably 6 times now, and will always return when I travel to Hubli. The staff is friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and the restaurant has lots of charm and good food. Highly recommended!

Location was good due to proximity from Railway station and also local travel bus station There was no breakfast. Had to take it at outside restaurant. Hotel staff was knowing only Kannada. Hopeless facilities. Poor Maintenance.
