We stayed at this hotel for Dwarka Temple. The location is very very convenient compared to other four star categories hotel. The staff was nice. Breakfast and Dinner menu was also good. They also prepared No onion no garlic food for two of us, that was very generous.Rooms were nice and clean. All toiletries were properly provided. I recommend this hotel for their stay. special thanks to bhautik katar - manger

Really beautiful resort. We stayed in the family suite. Beautiful outdoor space and ambience. Everyone is super accommodating and service is excellent. We also loved the food that was served in the restaurant. For my fellow wheelchair humans- there is a ramp to get into reception and there is a buggy that can take you to and from your room. There is no lift but most rooms and villas are on ground floor so that is not much of an issue. Getting into the villa there are a few steps, although I did notice a villa had a ramp to get in, so maybe ask for that suite especially. Lastly the bathroom has hand rails which is helpful and the wheelchair fits in through the bathroom door easily. Only caveat was the lack of a shower chair, which would have helped us greatly.

All the staff we meet were really Exceptional in welcoming and in accomadating our requests. From check in to breakfast to dinner to post check out lost and found follow up. We liked everything about the staff and the place is peaceful as it it away from the city chaos which has its own pros and cons. Special thanks to the front office team to allow us early check in after our long travel via train as we were super tired Aswell, special thanks to Abhijeet from the Restaurant who knew how to take care of his guest by welcoming them not only to the hotel but to the city of Dwarka. He was our person to talk to while our time at breakfast and dinners during our stay and share and get knowledge about the city and other informative things. A very humble positive personality.

    Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene, Service, and Location Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and bathroom hygiene was extremely poor. Every day, the restaurant took nearly 1.5 hours to serve food, which was cold by the time it arrived and served on plastic plates. Our dinner experience was unsatisfactory, and breakfast was no better—spoons and bowls were often missing, and food refilling was poorly managed. The location is also a major drawback. There is no local transport available nearby, and the hotel staff recommend private local travel operators who charge a few thousand rupees just for a short 2–3 hour trip to the nearby temple and back. No autos or basic local transport options are accessible from the hotel.

    Plz come if you want to go to vacation in 7-8 days longer. After visiting dwarka then goes to nageshwar jyotirlinga, Gopi talab, ghet dwarka and rukmini temple then go to somnath jyotirlinga and his nearest temples.

    For people looking for a visit to a sacred place, Dwarka was a feast. We could visit the temple 3 times in 2 days while we could also visit Nageshwar and Beyt Dwarka. Our waiting time in the temple was less than 30 minutes each time and that was great!

    The city and even the historic religious places in Dwarka is so unclean! Really surprised, how the people are living there? It's very disappointing to note that a Hindu religious DHAM can be so unclean. I wonder what will the foreigners think of us?

    Place is a bit crowded and not very clean.

    Place is a bit crowded and not very clean. Book hotel in advance. Book car for nearby places to visit - Nageshwar Dham, Jyotirling, Bhed Dwarika, Rukmani temple, Bharkeshwar lig temple, Gomti Ghat (must visit early morning). Food is not a problem. Shopping is also good. Local Autos are very helpful from temple to hotels.

    the town had a great history to tell but on visit I was very dissappointed with condition of the surroundings, total filth everywhere and smell, no maintnence by the local authority . Temple was beautiful and the beach was one of the cleanest I have seen

    No breakfast was offered.The room was very small(10’x10’)and felt like a pigeon hole.Bathroom too was small and not very clean.There was no wardrobe in the room.Inspite of granting permission to check in post midnight I was called several times that they will cancel the booking.I had to plead with them to not cancel the booking.Overall not a pleasant experience staying in the hotel.
