It's a new hotel, the owner is catering for foreigners mostly in this establishment. He came to talk to us in person and he is a very nice man, cares about his property and takes pride in his hotel. It reminds me of Daali Hotel in Nepal. Both places have the owner present a lot, not just to manage the staff but to get feedback from the guests. So, this is a huge positive for me. The staff is very friendly, very smiley and very attentive.

The room was very big and had lots of useful furniture. The bed was massive and really comfortable with lots of pillows. The courtyard was very nice to enjoy some food from their restaurant. All the staff were super friendly and really helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Agra, just a short walk from the Taj Mahal. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was truly excellent – the staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. The prices are very reasonable for such a great location and quality. Our group from STUDIO JOGI KERALA, Łódź / Poland was extremely satisfied with our stay. We liked everything from the first greeting at the doorsteps to the hospitality level of the staff, from beautiful and luxurious property and gardens to private Yoga classes that were available in open air, let alone outdoor swimming pool crowned with beautiful fountains. Please avoid this property. In booking.com it show excellent but it’s the worst property I stayed in entirely life. Avoid this place, especially any of the Goyal Hotels. The ratings on Booking.com are fake. We had a very bad experience — the rooms were dusty and not clean at all. We paid for two days but couldn’t even stay for one night and had to vacate the next day. When we asked for a refund for the second day, they refused and were very rude. They have no idea how to treat customers and are completely unprofessional. Please avoid this horrible place. Reply to the owner: Don’t post this fake reply. We spent more than 3 hours asking for a refund, and your managers were extremely rude the entire time. We even checked your other properties, and all of them were in pathetic condition. You clearly have no intention of giving refunds — this is just fraud business and you are ruining travellers’ experience in Agra. Please check google review

We are extremely happy with the services of this hotel. The hotel arranged a pick-up for us from Agra Cantt and also provided a cab for visiting the Taj Mahal. All the services provided were excellent. The room was very good and comfortable, and the staff was very cooperative. Our Agra trip went very smoothly because of their great hospitality. The hotel’s location is also excellent — it’s situated right in the main market area near the Taj Mahal, with many good restaurants around. The food at the hotel was also very tasty. Overall, this hotel is really good, and I am fully satisfied with the services, the room, and the staff. Next time when I visit Agra, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
