As per booking time rooms charges given by book.com,but at the time of check in time ,they told that this rate of book.com will no do our rate 1000+ gst ,so at the night time we reached there in cab ,and it was time wasting to find new hotel ,so we stay there by paying 1000 without gst bill not provided,and property owner staff was no proper,they are outsider,so language problem,can't understand any language proper,at midnight 3 am from ac unit water droplets started in room ,so we call the person,they said that you change room,there was 1 room vacant and it was shown to us first but moisture bad smell was in room so ,we have not taken,and at night he offers that room,so too bad experience,know onward I will not book any hotel from booking.com,

The reception staff were quite helpfull specially Riya as the booking was not affected in their system she was quick to make the booking allocate the room. Even at the time of checkout we Confirmed it that we wont be charged twice Khushboo was quite polite to listen to us assure us that would be taken care by the team. Perfect staff. Always smilling!
