Everything was exceptional, we had planned to stay 2 days and in the end we stayed for a week. The place is incredible, it is part of the old Palace where the elephants used to rest, a marvel. Also the family that runs it is charming and very close. The food is delicious.

We absolutely adored our stay in Bundi. Haveli Bundi Inn offers everything you need and is the perfect hideaway in the city. The rooftop is amazing, hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, staff incredibly helpful and the food is delicious! The small city itself is lovely and was a warm welcome from the buziness of the other cities we visited. The locals are extremely friendly and interested, highly recommend just walking around and chatting with whoever you cross in the street, maybe you will get invited for a Chai Tea as well :)

i liked nothing . a very boring property . with no activitites to do . i would rate 1 out 5 star . Pool area dirty . location of pool is very aukward . No sports nothing was their . even the TV was not working . for the price i paid which was very high just in the name of ananta brand . they are looting civilians . i would definitely recommend not to opt for the property

Bundi is less relentless than some other Indian cities, but...

Bundi is less relentless than some other Indian cities, but it still can have it's moments. There are sights worth visiting here, mostly more low key, but equally interesting. There could be better and more accurate signposting, Or indeed any at all! The stepwells in particular should be signposted and accurately marked in the tourist information, which they are not, and the locals seem equally unaware of them.

I first visited Bundi 25 years ago and it doesnt seem like much has changed. It still has an old world Rajasthani desert town feel to it. The crumbling Garh Palace and surrounds are worth the visit alone, and the town has a small shop feeling to with narrow alleys and temples and a bustling market. There weren't many tourists when i was there and that suited me fine. The famous step wells were unfortunatly mostly full of water which is good for the locals maybe but a bit disappointing for a visitor.

Bundi, is a small hilltop place, convenient stopover between Chittorgarh and Kota/Ranthambore. Has very few sights, Boondi Palace has nothing worth seeing. Chitrashala next to it, has exquisite Bundi style wall & ceiling paintings. Bundi ASI museum, next to Sukh Mahal, is one of the finest Museums we have seen in India, with beautiful sculptures, bundi style miniature paintings, weapons tracing history of warfare from bow & arrows to rifles, well maintained. However the best part is the superb view of lighted Bundi Palace, after 7 PM, from roof top resaurants of most hotels, Cenotaph of 84 pillars also worth visiting. two full days minimum requirred. Best visited in own transport

Bundi is a bit off the Golden Triangle tourist trail and we...

Bundi is a bit off the Golden Triangle tourist trail and we found the locals kind and welcoming. The bazaars were fantastic as we the marvellous step wells and the centotaph Kesar Bagh Bundi - amazing with a wonderful retainer. Multilingual Jay's Cafe near the Palace serves delicious pistachio lassis. The palace - although run down is an amazing construction and worth the walk up the hill. We only found out as we were leaving that Ramgarh Visdhari Tiger Reserve buffer zone near the Suk Mahal can be visited and there are tigers. Highly recommended

Bundi is a wonderful, very peaceful place!

Bundi is a wonderful, very peaceful place! Go there, then you can understand easily why the famous Rudyard Kipling was living there, where he writed the amazing.book "Kim". Bundi is absolutely amazing!

Great place for a off-the-beaten-track vacation.

Great place for a off-the-beaten-track vacation. Heritage sites. Small treks to the palace, fort & Mordi chhatri. You'll stumble on some (unknown) sites. But some of the tourist attractions are quite dirty.

We had a great stay in the Hotel Bundi Haveli. It was well located for exploring the town. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. We had some great conversations with the friendly staff at the hotel. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would definitley return there. Place is very convenient to get to. Has a great restaurant at the rooftop, Vishal makes great food and very diverse options. Also very reasonable price. Michael the manager of the hotel is a super friendly person, and was very helpful with tips for Bundi. Also great value for money. Thanks a lot guys
