I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door, a very special place to stay. It felt very appropriate to be staying in this reserve with true animal lovers. Very fond memories of my safari and nature walk. Also - top class ingredients and home cooking for each meal, very plentiful too.

The Serai is built amidst a large open space overlooking the Nilgiris Mountain. It houses a spa, gym and an outdoor pool. A restaurant is also available.

Had a lovely stay here as a couple — the property is super quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing. The pool area was peaceful and very well maintained. Room was spacious, clean, and felt quite premium. It’s also really close to the Bandipur safari gate, which made things very convenient. Definitely a great place for a quiet escape.

We had a fantastic stay at Jungle Hut. We loved the place, we had the feeling to be far from the World with a fantastic view on the mountains, the deers coming early in the misty morning in the garden. We did the 2 morning walks proposed by the hotel and both was really great. Highly recommended. Massages are nice also. I wish we will come back again. It was international standard clean. It has an amazing view of the forest. The food was excellent. Directions and staff responsiveness are excellent. The animals in and around the resort are lovely. There are minimal insects, so I assume that they fumigate regularly. Attention to detail in that there is high speed wifi, toilet paper, bin liners and fresh towels, and linen.

The best place to stay in Masinagudi. Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by Nilgiri hills on one side and the Masinagudi forest. The staff and the caretaker were very good, very friendly and they took care of us very well.
