Welcome and care of all staff members. Room was charming, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Good location for many of the sights and for exiting Shimla avoiding much of the central Shimla traffic.

Everything about the property is great! The helpful and super professional staff, ambience, facilities rooms. I would like to mention some special people who made our stay memorable. Mr Vishal, Mr Manish at Front desk had all smiles for us at the arrival and ofcrse after our day end. Mr Vijay n restaurant team were so helpful and quick in all our requests. A good hotel for families. Clean, spacious rooms with lot of amenities. Very helpful staff especially Jitender Kalet,Kartik & Diksha at reception & Restaurant staff Chetan Thakur & restaurant manager personally looks after their guests. Clean hotel with well maintained corridors & lifts. Beds are very comfortable for a good sleep after tiring tourist day. Very good food available at better prices than main town restaurants. Really good chef there! Breakfast & Dinner buffet was very good! Loved their special Ginger masala tea ! Scenic Himalayan views from glass windows.

Property very nicely decorated, good breakfast and clean room. The last night we ordered the fireplace in the garden and it was a great moment, they even gave us the speaker to connect our own music. Big rooms and polite staff.
