Excellent service by hotel staff, very understanding and super fast response to any concern. The washrooms are clean and neatly maintained.They also provide bikes so there is no need to rent at a different space. The prices are reasonable too and are at good condition. They even dropped us at a location since we couldn't return the bikes from there. Completely worth the price!

Extremely serene. Beautiful private space. Very well maintained. Even the linen felt like luxury. It was not the standard hotel linen. The staff was extremely polite and kind. The breakfast was lovely freshly prepared by the chef to meet our needs. Even the fruit was chopped fresh for us. Felt like royalty! The occupancy was low and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade. A lot of cafes and restaurants and shops around so very well located. Wishing 10-15 minutes one had multiple options.

This is very beautiful and stylish old Portuguese villa. If you visit Goa first time you should stay here in historical place and to feel the atmosphere! There is big beautiful swimming pool and nice big garden. The hotel team are really great, special thanks to Betina Faria, she helped me with all my need and she is very kind and professional!
