The host is communicative, kind and informative. The place has exceeded what expected - the place is neat and lovely, really beautiful place!! In the top of a mountain, with huge panoramic view of nature, from the balcony and even from the jacuzzi bath. We had everything we need, clean towels, shampoo, coffee and tea and the host even kindly gave us cookies, how nice of them. We used the barbeque grill and it worked great. The jacuzzi is wide and can fit perfectly for two adults. In total, we are very pleased for our choice, would recommend and will come back for our next trip!

The hotel was modern, bright and very clean. And compared to the hotel next door, which we originally booked but had to leave because of bad quality, was incredible value. Samira on the front desk was really helpful and friendly… dealing with her made up for the bad customer service next door and left a good impression for Tiberias with us.

- Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!
