When we checked in the manager in charge gave us an upgrade to the best room with terrace and we got even invited to join a buffet dinner. We stayed 4 days and beside enjoying swimming in the lake we were exploring the area with our private car (Golan heights, Banias, Mt Hermon).

everyone was amazingly friendly. Kim looked after us with the greatest attention. He was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. We were enjoying the most beautiful views as the hotel is right on Sea of Galilee with nothing between and the sea that we extended our stay by a couple of days. The sun loungers around the pool were the most comfortable we have ever experienced . The food in the hotel for breakfast and evening meal was excellent and Louis ( food manager) and Jameel were so obliging when we asked for some grapefruit and again anything you asked it was efficiently done. Jonathon ( manager of front desk) was also friendly and helpful at all times.Fabiola at the evening meal was a delight and full of fun. Ken kept our room spotless and was very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful voice and guitar of Mor Seporta in the evening so make sure you catch her repertoire Please don’t miss out on this fabulous boutique hotel! Absolutely fabulous pool . We had a panoramic view room which is breath taking and definitely recommend it. it’s spacious and a/c is excellent throughout hotel.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Neil. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the kindness of the manager Natanel! He was extremely helpful and kind. We never had such an experience before. Nati showed us around and helped organise our stay in Tiberias. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was amazing and so well prepared. Food was very tasty!
