The location was very convenient and peaceful. We had our flight delayed so we checked in later than expected. The nice lady waited for us until we arrived despite the fact that we arrived on Shabbat. We received a very rich and excellent breakfast at a cafe in the city. The room was very clean and warm (we were even welcomed with colorful balloons) and I like particularly the nice bathtub in the room which was quite different from what we had in other hotels. The location has also a jacuzzi and sauna which unfortunately couldn't use due to time constraints as we wanted rather visit places than relax. But for the tourists that want to relax they could use it for free.

The room is very spacious and comfortable and I really liked the location. It s by a street with a lot of bars and restaurants but still really quite when you are in the room. Had a great time and would definitely come back!

Great place, excellent location, great prices and value for money. I came in during the Rosh Hashanah holidays but still got excellent service and enjoyed my stay. The view and 1 minute walk away from Bahai Gardens helps it to stand out too.

The hotel is very charming, elegant and practical. The facilities are well maintained and have sophisticated furnishings. We liked everything, especially the people, who were extremely welcoming and kind. The bed linen and bath towels were wonderful. The amenities, shampoo, body lotion, hair lotion, and air freshener, all had an unforgettable aroma, were also wonderful.

The atmosphere and the people and the food and the cafe and the plants and the place are really great, but the showers and cleanliness are really lacking and it's a shame because it brings the place down... and there needs to be a small refrigerator in all the rooms and the place could be 100! The children in particular had a wonderful experience!! They walked around the cape on their own and everything is accessible...

Pastoral, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, a lovely staff especially Mr. Pini Gerby who went out of his way to host us wholeheartedly, the place is simply wonderful for hosting. Many thanks to Beit Oren and the staff. Highly recommend the place. On a personal note, I must thank Mr. Pini Gerby who put a smile on our face, welcomed us with such a pleasant, respectful welcome and took care of the little details - not obvious. They gave incorrect directions for a trip to an area without...

They gave incorrect directions for a trip to an area without marked trails with an inaccurate map that caused mistakes and personal risk. When contacted, they denied their responsibility for the issue, placed all responsibility on me, and were inattentive to the harm that occurred during the stay, which included physical injury. And they ignored my contact on the subject. They returned very late, and were inattentive.

There is a gap between how the place looks in the pictures...

There is a gap between how the place looks in the pictures and what you actually get. There is no phone in the rooms to contact the reception if you need anything. You have to walk there and ask for a meager breakfast that ends really early. We got sofa beds instead of two double beds. The place is clean and pastoral. Lots of greenery around.

A stunning place for peace and relaxation, a well-thought-out and varied dinner, room service needs improvement, as for breakfast, in previous times we enjoyed the stay experience much more, this time there was a feeling of a decline in quality and a sense of loss. For such a price, the value should be much higher
