Our second visit to this rather magical place, where the welcome is genuine and warm in excellent rooms with great WiFi, a fabulous restaurant, excellent facilities. and excellent parking. We were greeted like family by "Jersey" the barman and welcomed to an excellent room by Eileen and her team. Nicely positioned for the Ring of Kerry and the drive round Slea Head. The absolute icing on the cake, was the kindness of the lady on reception who helped to clean the sand from many beaches, out of the footwells on the hire-car, with her Henry Hoover! Service absolutely above and beyond kind.

beautiful location and view. very friendly and professional staff. on our arrival we were not pleased with the comfort of the bed and were immediately approached by Less with 2 other options of which we picked one in which we stayed and enjoyed the rest of our stay. all the hotel staff is super professional and willing to help. they resolve any problem or request in minutes. We stayed in a pod which in itself was a very different experience for us during our stay in Ireland. The check-in & check-out process was very convenient. Even though the staff of the hotel was not physically present, it was not a problem as they promptly responded to any queries that we put forth via messages. The pod was very clean, well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities available.

Jimmy, Bernadette and their little dig Holly were lovely hosts. I met Jimmy as he was sitting in the front garden when I arrived. Even before Id gotten my bags out of the car, we were sitting chatting about family relatives in Ireland. (I met Bernadette later that evening), and after making a cuppa, I went back outside to find Jimmy still sitting in the sunshine. He and I continued our conversation from before and discussed our knee replacement (1 for him, 2 for me). Holly his little Jack Russell kept us company till it was time for Jimmy to go inside. The room was a generous size, with a comfy bed, comfy armchair which I later sat in watching the descent size TV on the wall. There was a tray with a kettle, T/C/S/M and biscuits (which were a welcome end to a tiring day). Shower was hot and strong. Windows were able to be opened which I loved getting fresh air into the room which helped dry some hand washing I'd done before bed. There were plenty of spaces or window ledges to my stuff on, along with a dressing table, mirror and chair, and armchair as m mentioned before. Thectoyr and hallwayscwere adorned with family photos, plaques and sayings. It was a lovely home and I felt very welcome.
