So many little gems on Valentia Island, we visited the Cable Station House and had the tour which was so interesting, we went on a nature walk nearby, we visited the slate quarry, Glanleam beach, we drove down to the lighthouse, the scenery is just beautiful, the Royal Hotel does gorgeous food, and the room was very comfortable and spacious, by accident we found the Geokaun mountain and cliff walk, which was spectacular as was the Bray head walk, Valentia Island is well worth a visit.Guest review byJackieIreland

We enjoyed our stay very much, the calmness of Valentia island and its views are perfect for some relax and also it’s very close to the most beautiful spots on the Ring of Kerry, like Kerry cliffs. Very interesting, and quirky. Something out of the norm which I really enjoyed.
