Excellent location. A few steps and you are in the town of Birr. Breakfast was perfect. An abundance of everything. Liked everything about this accommodation. .

Host was quick to respond . Check in was made very easy for us. Host was very helpful. Appreciated all of the small touches. The host really thought of everything- coffee/ tea/ breakfast options/ condiments and even wine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was spotless also. Very close to the town of Birr. We were within walking distance to the centre. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Good value for money too.

We have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect. It is very clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc. The best bit is the log burning stove which belts out such heat. So comfortable to relax each evening in front of a wood burning stove! The bathroom is large. The shower is also large with plenty of hot water. Nice fresh clean towels too. Useful storage room upstairs. Central location in Birr.

The breakfast was excellent. The service was fantastic. Everything exceeded my expectations, a tremendous value. They should charge much much more not that I wanna pay any extra, but it would’ve been worth it even if I paid double.
