Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

The Farmhouse was built of stone in the 1700s.

The Farmhouse was built of stone in the 1700s. Fascinating for us Canadians where our houses are most likely made of wood. The house was very spacious, modern without being sterile and very rural. Its also on the Ring of Kerry near a woolen mill where the four of us spent a lot of money! Happily so. Beautiful rural area.

We had evening meal & drinks in The Inn-Between bar & restaurant. Staff were so genuinely friendly, special mention to Julieta & PJ. Lovely choices on bar menu and yes, very tasty. Would not hesitate to call again 👍

You are out in the country so a car is probably needed but...

You are out in the country so a car is probably needed but the mountain views are wonderful and the quiet is lovely. It's a short drive to Killarney and all the shopping and restaurants you could ever want. The national park is within minutes and hiking is 5-15 minutes away depending on where you go.

The property was in a beautiful courtyard setting on the grounds of Beaufort House . Beautiful gardens, space and exterior for kids. It was nestled amongst a tranquil countryside setting .The house was spacious , charm and very homely. The hosts did their utmost to help us. It was only 10 minutes from the centre of Killarney so we had the best of both worlds. We will definately go back in the future. The nicest holiday home we ever stayed in Ireland.

A quiet, rural village between Killarney and Killorglin.

A quiet, rural village between Killarney and Killorglin. The Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, and Killarney National Park are easily accessible. The Gap of Dunloe is very close. There are various hiking opportunities. A rental car or bicycle is recommended.

We had a very nice holiday at the Beaufort house and the owner of it had always time for a small talk. She recommended a walk loop with a nice view to a big lake and a beautiful waterfall. The Beaufort House has all we need for a holiday with small kids. We could use the big garden with 2 swings and one soccer goal in front of the house. Everything was more than good.

Ulrike was an excellent host. She was very helpful providing local information on places to visit and see. Beaufort Lodge was a lovely home with beautiful gardens and an easy walk to 2 of the local pubs/restaurants. A short drive to Katie Kearney's for music and dinner and a short drive to Tomies Walk. I would recommend Beaufort Lodge to others.

Everything was brilliant, the house was lovely, plenty of room and parking. The host was very kind and helfpul, she left a lovely welcome pack of breakfast items. I couldnt recommend it more! We attended a wedding in the Dunloe hotel nearby and it was very convenient.
