Breakfast was ok. Even though not much variety but items are not bad. Have local food. Staff are very friendly. Front staff are very kind and attentive. Door staff also very helpful in leading us to taxi etc.

Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

This hotel was fantastic, we had to cancel a trip to Bali due to weather and picked this as an alternative and couldn't have been happier. The staff went above and beyond and after asking for something special for my parents 40th wedding anniversary they left a beautiful message on their bed for check in. The beach is really nice and the infinity pool was really nice. There are multiple restaurants to choose from so there was always something for everyone.

The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.
