Kumbuh Jungle is a relaxing retreat surrounded by lush greenery. The sounds at dusk were truly unique—something we’d never heard before and quite magical. However, during the day, the constant noise from jungle creatures became a bit overwhelming. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of attention to cleanliness. The bed sheets were stained, windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the outdoor swing was missing its mattress. For the high price, we expected better standards. Also, the toilet area could use a bit more privacy—a simple 50cm extension of the wall would make a big difference. Overall, the setting is beautiful, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and care.

The bed is so comfortable, bedroom very clean with housekeeping every morning. Restaurant serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at any time. They can deliver in your room. What an AMAZING place. The location, the nature, the wonderful staff, the food...I could go on and on. Everything was perfdxtand nothing was too much trouble. They treated us like royalty and always gave us free extras of different foods. I felt like family. The outdoor bathroom was extraordinary. The locations surrounded by 2 rivers was special and we could even swim in rhe river at a certain spot in the property. It was also at 25 minute walk to the exceptional Koli Koli Restaurant, which is a must- see ☺️.
